We draw our plans to standards set out in the RICS Code of Measuring Practice.  We use state of the art measuring equipment to ensure we accurately measure and record the layout of your or your clients property.  

CAD produced Floorplans  

From a detailed sketch we then produce a detailed 2D drawing of the property using CAD, and all this can be achieved in as little as 24 hours.  Our floorplans are available in a range of formats including jpeg, gif, and pdf.

We are 'QMARK' trained & certified   

All of our floorplanners have been specially trained to produce floorplans with quality control in mind, and our services are covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance.  We have trained with 'Quidos' a company who have their own stringent regulations known as the QMark Code of Measuring Practice.  In order to become Qmark compliant you must attend one of their training seminars and produce a portfolio of floorplan evidence, drawn to their very stringent standards, before they give certification.

Floorplans are used for a wide variety of purposes.  Our main clients are estate agents, who use plans to show prospective buyers the layout of a property in an easy to understand format (both residential and commercial).
